Each week, a new healthy habit will be posted in this thread. There are no rules around the healthy habits, but if you follow them, they will help you to succeed! Your trainers may reward you for completing healthy habits though, so be sure to post if you go a whole week without cheating on them! If you make it to 2 weeks sticking to one of the new habits, it will likely stay with you in your weightloss journey!

Week #1 Healthy Habit:
You can only have one soda OR juice per day each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #2 Healthy Habit:
You cannot have any unhealthy snacks this week. When you want a snack, choose something like fruit, yogurt, veggies, etc., something that has nutritional value. No chips, candy, ice cream, cookies, etc. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #3 Healthy Habit:
You cannot eat past 8:30pm this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #4 Healthy Habit:
You must get a minimum of 30 minutes of dedicated exercise each day. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #5 Healthy Habit
You must get a minimum of 30 minutes of dedicated exercise each day. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #6 Healthy Habit
You must get a minimum of 10 000 steps in each day. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #7 Healthy Habit
You must drink 1/2 your normal caffeine consumption each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #8 Healthy Habit
You must eat a minimum of 2 servings of fruit each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #9 Healthy Habit
You must eat a minimum of 3 servings of veggies each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #10 Healthy Habit
You must eat a minimum of 2-3 servings of dairy each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #11 Healthy Habit
You must have a good quality source of protein at breakfast each day this week. Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.
Week #12 Healthy Habit
TV Time = Exercise Time!!! Each time you find yourself sitting and watching TV, get up and exercise while you watch! Hopefully you adopt this healthy habit in to your everyday lifestyle and continue beyond this week.

but you're going to have to remain patient just a little while longer. I received weigh-ins from everyone, but for some reason, each time we try to open and view April's photo, we can't. I have asked her to try sending it again, or uploading it to photobucket so that she can pm it instead of emailing it. I'm not sure if it's a technical glitch on our end or hers, but it's a close race and I can't tally the results without her photo.
Thank you for your patience, hopefully we will have this resolved by tomorrow at the latest!

WOW! I can't beleive this is it - last weigh in! I also can't beleive that I actually commited to this and actually lost weight!!! I was in total denial about my weight and assumed it would start coming off on it's own after I had my girls... boy was I wrong!
This has trully been an amazing competition/experience and I thank everyone who was involved and everyone who participated for being so supportive!

YAY FOR ATP'S BIGGEST LOSER!!!

I swear I cry every time Abby talks about her loss. I just can't even imagine! When she called her mom last night I was bawling.
They did amazing on that challenge.
As far as favorites go so far, I think Rudy for the guys and Rebecca for the girls are going to kick butt.

I totally fit in my pre pregnancy clothes now! I'm not as toned as I used to be but obviously I'm close to the same size! I'm not at the smallest I've been but I'm fitting comfortably in my old size 12 from American Eagle!!! They have NO stretch I might add!

It's awesome but I don't fit in my clothes from before I lost weight anymore (mostly pants)... Oh well! I'll take the weight loss over the clothes any day!

we're almost to the end?
For the past month I just have not had as much motivation as I did at first. The week of vacation in August changed so much...I swear one week of being off has then made it so hard to get back into it. I think the weather changing also makes it harder. It is getting dark so early now.

Okay, this is not the first time I have tried logging things...I always seem to fall off the wagon. I am really hoping this time can be the time I stick with it!

And they were a size 12.

Good enough for me! They weren't painted on either. Earlier this week I went somewhere and so wore my other ones and after about an hour of moving in them (stretching them out) they were baggy and annoying! I did already have a different pair of size 12 ones, but those are older, faded etc. Good for around the house, but not for going anywhere.

I'm so sorry this is late!
Unfortunately, Lori and sbr0819 have been voted off of their teams. Please still submit your weigh-ins sbr0819, you are still eligible for the individual prize!
Good luck this week, and everyone remember to get their weigh-ins to me next week - there will be no yellow line or results posted, but if I don't receive your weigh-in photos, you will be automatically disqualified!

Please make sure you vote one to be eliminated from each team. One from each team will be eliminated based off this polls results.
For those that didn't realize - Kris stole johnnyybird and Jacquie to Bob's team last night, and dingledine used her "rejoin a team" card after being voted off last week. A stipulation of the "rejoin a team" card was that the member rejoin a team that she was not previously a member of. All of this left Nicki and Lori on Jillian's team by themselves.
Sarah, you have 15 hours from when this poll is posted to get your weigh in picture submitted in order to still qualify for the individual prize.
***Everyone remember - you have to submit your weigh-ins next week, even though there is not yellow line and no poll. If you do not submit your photo by 8PM MST next Wednesday, you will be disqualified.

I am supposed to be on the other team, because I played my rejoin a team card. The rejoin a team card states I cannot be on my original team, so I won't complain about being on the other team, as I should be, on Bob's team.
