Info on my hip:
I had hip repair surgery on 10/2/09 to fix 2 things doc knew about. When he got in there, he found a 3rd major issue that required fracturing my hip to fix it. Because of that, I will be limited on some of my exercises or will have to modify them. Just wanted to be up front about it so I don't seem like a slacker!

Thursday 7th January.Breakfast: cup of coffee (i know thats no good but have a mild stomach ache and didint fancy eating)
Mid morning snack: Nut cereal bar
Dinner: Tuna and cucumber sandwich and half a pint of water

**Be nice, was at Disneyland all day. Considering the options I had that I *could* have eaten, I think I did fairly well.

I am going to try to keep my calorie intake between 1400-1600 calories and at leat 20000 steps on my pedometer each day. Oh my not a good start for me. I let myself get to hungry and stopped at a BBQ place for lunch.
Breakfast- Stew (no meat)- 200 calories (?) water
Lunch- BBQ Wings 550 calories
fried pickles- 175
texas toast- 150
A very large glass of water
snack- apple 95 calories
Dinner- salad- 200
Diet pepsi- 0 calories

OK...I am back on track today.....
Last week through the weekend I took a quick trip to Florida to surprise my sister for her 40th birthday so needless to say....It was a "NO DIET WEEKEND" LOL
